He was predeceased by: his parents, Ibrahim Harfouche and Nazira Harfouche (Chediac); and his siblings, Michel, Joseph, Anthony, George, John, Renee and Rosette.
He is survived by: his wife Lia Harfouche (Rouhana); his sons, Guy (Wendy) and Joseph; and his siblings, Elie Harfouche (Feefeen) and Marie Rouhana (Francois). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and additional family members.
He was awarded the Order of Saint Gregory the Great by the Vatican in 1989 in recognition of his contributions to the Maronite Church in Canada.
