He was predeceased by: his parents, Frieda Duggan (Marryatt) and Gordon Duggan; his wife Vera (Henneberry); his son Dennis; and his brother Don.
He is survived by: his children, Gordon Duggan Lower Sackville (Rose), Pauline Bell (Tim) and Donna Duggan Williamswood (Allan); and his grandchildren, Angela, Gordon, Chris, Jonathan, Jeremy and Alex. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
