He was predeceased by : his parents, John MacDougall and Marina MacDougall (Jenkins); his wife Verna (MacNeil); his son Andrew; his son-in-law Errol; and his siblings, Stan, Jack, Hoover, Gerald, Marina, Thelma, Edna and Joanne.

He is survived by : his children, Todd MacDougall (Faye) of Round Hill, Colleen MacDougall (Paul) of Comox, B. C. and Christine Korhonen of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Paige, Callum, Shane, Leah, Patrick and Meagan; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Clementine, Prudence and Andrew; and his brother Darryl.

Donations can be made to Annapolis Community Health Centre Palliative Care Unit or Kidsport Nova Scotia in memory of Frank.
