He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann and Jimmy Basile; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hope; his children, Paul, Chris (Lisa) and Kate (Jarrod); and his siblings, Sylvia and Joseph.
Fred was deeply devoted to his family and fiercely battled Parkinson's.
