He was predeceased by: his siblings, Raymond "Pop", James, Charles, Vera, Alma and Mildred.
He is survived by: his children, Frederick L. Cox Jr. (Jeannie) of Beaver Bank, Chauncey B. Cox (Marlene) of Lower Sackville and Hazel L. Chiasson (David) of Garlands Crossing. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the QEII Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
