She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Byrne and Lillian Byrne (Billard); her son Brandon; and her siblings, Jean, Eileen and Ray.
She is survived by: her husband Carl; her daughters, Carla Thomas (Toney) and Kimberlee Julian; her sister Beverly Baker (Paul); and her grandchildren, Justin, Taylor, Devin, Makenzie and Emma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Gail can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
