He was predeceased by: his child Marion McBride (Dinwoodie); and his former wife Jean McBride (Kayes). He is survived by: his children, Megan Stevenson (McBride), Connor, Katherine of Regina, Graeme McBride (Valerie) and Isobel of Halifax. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
