He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Pelrine and Marie Pelrine; his grandparents, Florence, Archie Martin, Jeffery and Minnie Pelrine; his parents-in-law, Gerry and Basil MacDougall; and his brother-in-law Dave Moulton.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra MacDougall; his sons, Gregory, Patrick Pelrine and Kiwi Pelrine; his sons-in-law, Joseph Gouthrou and Gregory Power; his siblings, Diane Moulton, Paul (Bernadette), Wayne (Peggy), Donnie, Darrel "Bud" (Anne), Debbie MacDonald (Tony) and Heather Delorey (David); his siblings-in-law, Mike MacDougall (Carol), Gerard MacDougall and Maureen MacDougall; and his siblings' children, Tanya Pelrine, Justin and Jason Moulton. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
