He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn MacGregor and Josephine "Josie" MacGregor; and his siblings, John, Ira MacGregor and Lea Campana.

He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Tina Norman (Sheldon) and Andrew MacGregor (Norma); and his granddaughter Jenna Norman of Halifax.
