Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved George Robert Patterson of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away at the age of 81, on August 24, 2025. Though George may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those George touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Patterson and Margaret Patterson (Malchow); and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Vardy); his sons, Darren (Julie) and Danny; and his grandchildren, Nicholas and Rachel.
