Gifford William Tynes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gifford William Tynes (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Alexander and Mildred Florence Tynes (Cromwell); his son Gifford William Tynes Jr.; his grandson Ryan White-West; and his brothers, Frederick and Ronald.

He is survived by: his children, Little Gifford, James (Ashley), Chantel and Tianna; his grandchildren, Tyree, Tyrome, Breayla and Ceanna (Mummies); his great grandchildren, Nevaeha and Ryanne; and his siblings, James, Bertram (Dianne), Pauline, Carol and Arlene. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In compliance with current Covid-19 related restrictions, the chapel can only hold approximately 60 people when applying social distancing standards.
