With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Girolamo Ivano Angelo Balzan of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 24, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Lucia Balzan; his sons, Anthony, Mario and Ivano; his grandchildren, Nicholas Balzan and Grace Balzan; and his sister Angelina Castelli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will take place later this week.
