With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Heather Doreen Pate of Halifax, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her mother Mabel [Falkenham] Saxby; her brother Hewat Saxby (Cynthia); and her brother-in-law Bruce Ellis. She is survived by: her husband Ken; and her sisters, Susan [George] MacKay of New Glasgow, Wendy Ellis (David Shortliffe), Diana Saxby (Blair Murphy) and Teena May (Micheal Hatcher). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
