She is survived by: her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Mike Hicks; her grandchildren, Amy and Matthew; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Haley. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

“I was saddened to hear of Jackie's passing. I only got to be in her company for a short time but I enjoyed every moment of it. I had a deck party last summer and she told me she never had such a good time in a long time. We have a mutual cousin named "Dennis Gates" whom I grew up with. Dennis 's Mom , my aunt Bessie whom I was very close to. She was a sister to my Dad, "Walter Whitford" I personally spent a lot of time there and I treasure my memories. I will miss you Jackie. xxx”
