It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Madeline Skidmore of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 2, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Daley and Mary Daley (MacDonald); her former husband Blair Skidmore; and her siblings, John (Kay), Larry (Rose), Rita Aubin (Joe), Bernadette O'Leary, Cornelius, Phyllis and Cyril.
She is survived by: her son Paul (Dawn); her grandchildren, Joshua, Nic, Noah and Eliana; and her sister Shirley Connor (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society would be greatly appreciated.
