Helene Theresa Spampinato Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helene Theresa Spampinato of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Raymond and Helena MacIntyre (Lee); her husband Joe Spampinato; and her brother Marty MacIntyre. She is survived by: her children, Katie (Mark) and Matthew (Jordan); her grandchildren, Halston and Everett; her brothers, John MacIntyre (Lisa) and Dan MacIntyre (Tori); her nephew Ryan MacIntyre; and her niece Paige MacIntyre. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Halifax Infirmary Dialysis Unit through the QEII Foundation, or to the Canadian Diabetes Association, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
