He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pelley and Hilda Pelley; and his brother Joseph Pelley (Margarite Duncan). He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Moulton (Wayne) and Sharon Pottie (Bruce); and his nephew Wayne Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
