Horace Wallace Roberts Obituary

We announce the death of Horace Wallace Roberts (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 94. Horace will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Idris Roberts and Myrtle Roberts (Sparks); his wife Ethel Jean Shaw of Halifax; and his son Steven (Nancy). He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Burden (Douglas) and Cathy Mercer (David Hooker); and his grandchildren, Matthew (Rachel), Miranda (Keith), Stephanie (Matthew), Jennifer (Nathan), Jessica (Robin) and Jason. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
