He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugh Richards and Harriet Richards; his wife Mary Cecilia Richards (Boutilier); his siblings, Lisa Richards and Gary Richards; his children, Cindy Foley (Derek), Tanya Richards, Hugh Richards Jr., Stratford of Ontario and Christopher Richards (Maggie); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Samantha, James, Sophie, David, Charlie and Maren.
