It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Alexander Sandy Welsh (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on November 21, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Welsh and Irene Welsh; his brothers, Randy Welsh and Andy Welsh; and his daughter Leslie Welsh.
He is survived by: his wife Shelley Welsh; his daughter Christie Herbeson; his son-in-law Adam Herbeson; his grandsons, Reid and Thomas; his aunt Sharel Ferguson; and his cousins, John, Sharen, Dawne, Collin Ferguson and Ric Raynor.
