It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James David MacDonald of Halifax, Nova Scotia, born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roderick and Frances MacDonald (McCormack); his brother Paul MacDonald; and his stepson Kent MacLennan. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor MacDonald (MacLennan); his brother Clary MacDonald (Ann) of Glace Bay; his sister-in-law Karen MacLennan Morrison of Glace Bay; and his son Jose Aguilera of Winnipeg.
