It is with sadness that the passing of Jean Helen (Sampson) Drysdale of Halifax, Nova Scotia is shared. Jean Helen, born on March 15, 1938, passed away on August 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abram Sampson and Julia Sampson (Perry); her brother Clarence; her daughter Darlene Young; her grandson Christopher; and her siblings, Edward, Gerald, Lawrence, Clifford, Betty, Rita, Doreen and Kathleen (Kay).
She is survived by: her children, Bruce (Hilary), Shelley (Perry), Tammy (Andrew) and Michael (Bonnita); her siblings, Charles (Blanche), Lily (Ron) and Bernice; and her grandchildren, Marion, Melinda, Jessica, Murric and Asher. She is also survived by Five great grandchildren; As well as several nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Jean's name to the Halifax Cat Rescue Society.
