With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Yenta Zlatin (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 9, 2018 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Hiltz (Gordon), Halifax, David Zlatin (Gilda), Efrat, Israel, Daniel Zlatin (Maura Flatley) and Ottawa; her grandchildren, Michelle Kostya (Anton), Milton, Jeffrey Hiltz (Kim), London, England, Ben Zlatin (Leah), Cleveland, Ohio, Michael Zlatin (Jessica), Josh Zlatin (Tamar), Efrat, Israel and Rena Schenker (Josef); her parents, Benjamin Selick and Pearl Selick; and her siblings, Morris, Helen, Mary, David and Ida.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
