He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys "Tootie" Hemming (Parnell) and Bob Hemming. He is survived by: his children, Robert and Kathleen; his siblings, Heather Hemming and Stanley Hemming; and the mother of his children Sheena Hemming (Larkin). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Jeff was a lifelong lover of dogs; any donations in his memory made to the SPCA of Nova Scotia would be appreciated.
