He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Blumenthal and Ida Blumenthal (Smith); and his brother Stuart. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brother Bob (Beverly); his children, Sheryl Harrison (Doug), Andrea (Ed Lazear) and Darren (Becky); and his stepdaughter Jennifer Giffin. He is also survived by grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.

In lieu of flowers or donations, the greatest tribute to Jerry would be for anyone whose life he has touched to pass along an act of kindness.
