He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Strong and Hilda Strong (Mader). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Strong (Bowen); his sons, John Alan Strong of Key West, FL and David Andrew Strong (Anne-Marie Gosselin) of Montreal, QC; his grandchildren, Lucca, Emma, Erik and Patrick; his sister Frances Delaney of Dartmouth, NS; and his sibling's children, Tim, Paul and Nancy.
