He was predeceased by: his sisters, Margaret, Marion and Helen; his son Michael; and his son-in-law David Hickey.
He is survived by: his parents, Reuben Cook and Ann Cook (Stanley); his wife Leona (LaLonde); his children, Janice Sue, Mary Sue and Robert (Kelly); his daughter-in-law Wanda; his grandchildren, Holly (Daniel), Wes and Laura; and his great grandchild Emily.
