He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. MacAllister Scott Ellis and Barbara Ellis (Caley); his wife Ann Ellis (Robertson); his son Patrick (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Adelaide, John Alasdair and Wells; his siblings, Gillian Forward, Jamie, Michael and Patrick; and his son Big Foot.
