In the sacred silence of farewell, John Philip is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that John Philip's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Goguen and Laura Goguen; and his sister Jeanne Crane. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Marc (Allison), Joel (Becky) and Jon; his grandsons, Augie and Beau; and his sisters, Linda Ward (Michael) of Kelowna and Anita Fraser (Barry) of Brookside. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cruikshank's Halifax Funeral Home (2666 Windsor St, Halifax, NS B3K5C9).
