He is survived by: his parent Grace Silvester (Lumsden); his daughter Judi MacDonald (Vince); his grandchildren, Shannon (Steve McDonald), Brendan (Marianne Dobbin), Caitlin and Meaghan (Chris Joharchy); his great grandchild Evelyn; and also Bedford. He is also survived by five step-children and their families from his second marriage; several nephews and nieces.
