He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephanos Tzagarakis and Katie Tzagarakis (Mollish); his brother Michael; and his sister-in-law Nola Tzagarakis (Murray). He is survived by: his friends, John Buchanan and Donald Hall; his children, Christine MacIntyre (Gus), Paul and Helen (Bill McKenzie); his granddaughters, Jennifer and Erin MacIntyre; and his brother Zenophon Tzagarakis (Hilda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joe may be made to the St. john-in-the Wilderness Anglican Church, New Germany, South Shore Regional Hospital or charity of choice.
