We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2020, at the age of 72, Joseph York Pelley (Halifax, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Pelley and Edith Pelley (Davis); his siblings, Myrtle Hare, Charlie Pelley and Leonard; his brother-in-law John Hare; and his uncle Joe Pelley.

He is survived by : his wife Bettina; his children, Niesha Pelley (Ryan Feener) and Joseph Pelley (Kayla Sharkey); his siblings, Dot MacPherson (Russell), Anne Benoit (Eddy) and John Pelley (Debbie Surrette); his grandchildren, Tyler, Treyson Pelley, J. C. Sharkey and Natalia Pye; and his stepgrandchildren, MacKenzie and Kaydence Feener. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in Joseph's memory may be made to Health Services of the South Shore -Palliative Care.
