She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Austin and Margaret Mary Levick (Dalton); her husband Carl Boutilier (Butch); and her sister Loretta Levy (Levick). She is survived by: her son Kim; her sibling's children, Catherine Levick and William Levick; her brother Alfred Levick; her great-niece Felice Levick Amherst (Dean); her great-nephews, Dana Levick Dartmouth (Amanda) and Kirkland Williams; and also, Dylena, Demiah and Silas Wood.
