She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Forsythe and Josephine Eliza Robinson; and her husband Leonard William Buchanan. She is survived by: her daughters, Helen Hilton (Chris), Carolyn Fitzgerald (Wade) and Beverly Buchanan (Paul); her grandchildren, Corey, Cody, Amanda, Brittany, Jarad, Nicole and Joey; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Lennie, Stella, Tatum and Meadow.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Polly Buchanan Legacy Fund, supporting communication access for Deaf individuals residing in Northwood.
