It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Neumann (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 29, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Sadie MacArthur, Cambridge, Ont, Jean MacArthur, Saltsprings and Kay MacArthur; her cousin Colleen Sharbell; her godchildren, Matthew Gagne and Uve Neumann; and her siblings-in-law, Hans, Walter Neumann, Helga and Greece.
