It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Ann Carroll (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her cousin Janet; her parents, John Carroll and Claire Carroll (Craig); and her aunt Marg Craig. She is survived by: her significant other Susan Covert; her brother William John "Don" Carroll (Joan); her nieces, Kathy and Susie; her cousins, Tom Boyle, Mike Boyle (Pat) and Ted Boyle (Miriam); her family, Colin Hebb and Melissa Andrew; and her caregivers, Mitch Devoe and Rebecca Mostoles.
