With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Elizabeth Nix (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Truro, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 24, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Lorimer Nix; her parents, Stanley Moss and Elsie Moss (Dobson); and her siblings, Gloria Hiltz and John Moss.

She is survived by: her children, Terri Chabot (Andre) of Caledon, ON and Dale Nix (Sharon); her grandchildren, Breana, Evan and Joel Chabot; and her brothers, Bruce and Don Moss.
