He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Mealiea (Larusso) and Wallace Laird Mealiea; and his brother Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Sullivan; his children, Jennifer (Roy) and David (Colleen); his grandchildren, Patrick and Evie Francis; and his sister-in-law Linda Mealiea. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
