He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Sparks (Williams) and Harold Sparks Sr. Leonard; and his siblings, Harold Jr., Violet Sparks and Frances Carvery (Sparks).
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Sparks (Jones). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren and his nieces and nephews.
