He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eldridge and Minnie Eldridge (Perry); his siblings, Bessie (Johnson) and Harvey Eldridge; and his wife Connie Eldridge (Raine).
He is survived by: his children, Paul Fredericton (Inez), Gail and Carolyn; his grandchildren, Pamela, Denis, Julia, Emily and Hannah; his friend Marilyn McGowan; and his close friend Jim. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends.
He was a long time blood donor and gave 345 donations of blood and plasma and even went to the length of driving to Maine when he became too old to donate in Canada.
