He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Eldora Cooper and Stanley Lewis Cooper; his brother David Cooper (Carolyn); and his granddaughter Jennifer Dickey. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Cooper; his children, Catherine Dickey (Stephen) of Halifax and Susan Cooper (Jeff White) of Halifax; his siblings, Patricia Veinot (Ron) and Colin (Catherine); his uncle Walter Bergman; his grandchildren, Stephen, Ashley, Camryn, Davis and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Liam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
