She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Stewart and Frances (Dolomont); her husband Richard (Rick); and her sisters, Maureen Stewart and Shirley Pinkham.

She is survived by: her children, Colleen Currie (Darren) of Cole Harbour, Catherine O'Leary (Yvon Kadri) of Bedford, Richard (Kate Pittman) of Calgary and David (Kat Lundrigan) of Calgary; her grandchildren, Drew, Christopher O'Leary of Lantz, Mitchell, Liam, Ryan, Matthew Currie of Cole Harbour, Lauren, Ben Hines of Calgary, Myles, Roam Hines and Colton Lundrigan of Calgary; and her siblings, Anne Lang-Harris, Donna Kenney, Pauline Sheppard, Lydia Vingoe and Jack Stewart. She is also survived by her sisters, nephews, nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lillian may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia.
