She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gosling and Myrtle Gosling (Mosher); her husband Henry Joseph Vaughan; her sisters, June Carroll, Mary Cunningham, Betty Stewart and Heather Lemoine; her siblings-in-law, Don Stewart, Max McCann, Bernie Vaughan, Ken Carroll, Wally McIlmoyl and Connie Vaughan; her nephews, Alex Stewart and Robert Carroll; and her great-nephew Jeffrey Navaux.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Vaughan and Kathleen Trott; her son-in-law David Trott; her grandchildren, Evan Vaughan (Abbey), Kimberly Trott, Jonathan Trott and Lily Tebay; her siblings, Joyce McCann, Shirley McIlmoyl and John Gosling (Sandra); and her brothers-in-law, Robert Lemoine (Cathy) and Robert Vaughan (Betty). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and their extended families.
A reception was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. A. Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1).
In keeping with Linda's community spirit and belief that no one should go hungry or be without supports, donations in her memory to The North Grove are appreciated.
