He is survived by: his significant other Anna Burke; his children, Dorothy Ada Godwin (Charlton Godwin) of North Carolina and Lloyd Henry Blagdon (Brenda Lee Blagdon) of Halifax; his stepdaughter Leanna Marryatt; his grandchildren, Aidan Blagdon, Hailey Blagdon, Morgan Godwin and Patrick Godwin; his stepgrandchildren, Katelyn, Kelsey, Robyn and Danielle; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brianna, Noah, Zoey and Ellie; and his siblings, Marie Warren and Tom Blagdon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ja Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
