He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Westhaver (Beatrice) and Nellie Westhaver; his significant other Elva Smith; his daughter Helen Jean Marr (Michael); and his sister Nancy Simundson (John).
He is survived by: his sons, Gordie Smith (Beverly) and Roger Smith (Heather); his siblings, Robert Westhaver (Rita), Terry and Joanne Westhaver; and his grandchildren, Michael, James, Natasha, Tammy, Lloyd and Dawn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
