She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gouthro and Emma Gouthro (Russel); her siblings, Jenny Silver, Hilda McCormick, Leona Hennessy, Theresa Gillis, Francis (Frank) and Michael; her siblings-in-law, Kevin Hennessy (Leona), Mickey McCormick (Hilda), Evelyn (Francis) and Beth (Michael); her nephew Sandy Robinson; and her niece Kimberly Ivey.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Tommy Gillis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Chapel, Caritas Residence (215 Seton Rd, Halifax, NS B3M0C9). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sisters of Charity.
