She is survived by: her parent Margaret Buckland (Boudreau); her husband Tim of Halifax; her daughter Melinda (Irma); her granddaughter Meghan; her great grandchild Oliver; her daughter Jeri Beairsto; and her siblings, Joan Gibson (Ernie), Betty Nash (Bill), Sharon Buckland (Jacques), Anna Hemmings (Danny), Shirley Maxner (Gary), Francis Cook (Elaine) and Hartley Buckland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, god-children and close friends.

Lorraine Donovan passed away Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, in Saint Vincent's Nursing Home, Halifax, after 12 years afflicted with Alzheimer's.
