She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Carroll and Nina Carroll (Coley); her husband Curtis Maxwell; her son-in-law Cavan Kelly; her siblings, Fred, Clarence, Sidney, Ron and Sadie; and her siblings-in-law, Sadie, Sarah, Perry, Keith, Wesley, Bill, Dolf and Tom.

She is survived by: her children, Cameron (Alice) of Newfoundland, Maxine Kelly of Halifax, Wendy (Tim) of Port Lorne and Perry (Natalie) of Hammonds Plains; her grandchildren, Linsey, Melissa, Deiter, Neil (Becky), Cheryl (Bruce), Josh (Megan), Samantha (Chad), Leisa (Colin), Amanda (Mike) and Morgan; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Chloe, Ben, Maxwell, Emersyn, Gunner, Palmer, Walter, Elias and Izacc; and her siblings-in-law, Aneitha, Evelyn, Clara and Allen. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
