She is survived by: her husband Ernest Gallant; her children, Peter (Erin) and Patricia (Darren); her grandchildren, Chase, Jessica (Aaron) and Jeremy (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Harper and Myla; and her siblings, Lorette and Auguste (Diane). She is also survived by numerous brothers and sister in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (149 Herring Cove Rd, Halifax, NS B3P1K6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society.
