She was predeceased by: her husband Abdou Fares Haddad; her parents, Roukoz Hage and Nazira Hobeika; and her siblings, Khalil Hage (Noel), Martha Saloumi (Salim) and Shams Hage.
She is survived by: her children, Mounir Haddad (Abriza), Sonia Bou-Karam (Elias), Philippe Haddad (Samira) and Zead Haddad (Jamale); and her brothers, Abdou Hage (Rose) and Maroun Hage (Catherine). She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Saint Antonios Church.
